Maren's shoulder wound persists from the Ambush through the Reckoning — it limits movement, causes constant pain, and is referenced in every subsequent response. Dorn's forearm wound and underlying illness track to his death. Mira's supply depletion tracked. The iron shard taken from the shrine becomes the weapon at the Confrontation.
